Nucleokinesis

Nucleokinesis is the ability to manipulate and generate a nuclear blast or nuclear radation. This would be the most highly impractical ability due to the fact that no one can survive a nuclear blast or radiation without having serious effect on their physiology and mental health. It would require cells that can withstand nuclear radiation without being effected and the amount of energy needed to store for a nuclear blast would be so great the human body would explode or overheat and melt. Also if someone like that had no control over their ability they would wipe out entire city’s destroying everything they know and when the authority’s come they would raise he is ripe with radiation and the would test him and then might cause another nuclear explosion. I think ability like this would be studied already due to the massive effects it causes and I have seen no evidence of scientist examining or experimenting Nucleokinesis.
